what's the deal about the partylists? everywhere, i see lots of posters for a certain partylist asking for my vote but it looks like parang nakikigulo lang sila.. ano ba ang nagagawa ng mga partylist?

Here's the deal with party list they are said to be the voice of what their party represent. For example lets take UTAK1, which is the partylist for drivers and commuters they are said to support lowering the price of fares and keeping gas prices at a fair price. Sa tutoo lang what's the use of partylists? Feeling ko tuloy ang taxes ko ay napupunta lamang sa pagsusuporta sa mga bagay na ndi ko talaga gusto.. It's like I'm giving my hard earned money for the rallies that I so f*cking hate.

Yep. My Mama is one of those teachers who canvass the votes, she says that you have to fill the 12 ballot line to prevent fraud. Unfortunately the last time I checked there is about 50+ party list groups vying for a share of the proverbial pork.
