this topic is for all you x-men fans out there.

1) has anyone seen x-men III?
2) who's your favorite x-man?
3) what's your favorite x-men story?

nanood kami ng x-men last weekend ng batchmates ko. out of the four, may isa sa amin na hindi familiar sa x-men. buti hindi ko siya katabi cos i easily get irritated kapag maraming daldal at tanong while watching a movie.

magkakaroon pa kaya ng sequel? tingin ko hindi na. they killed several major characters in x3.

favorites ko si storm (i used to fantasize i was storm ) at wolverine.

favorite story... dark phoenix, both sa animation (not the recent one sa cartoon network, yung dati pa sa abscbn) at sa comic book.

I've seen X-Men 3. Even waited for the end credits to finish for that final scene. Miss Bryan Singer in the director's chair. 


Used to like Gambit. Because he's Cajun. And he had Rogue in his sights.


Wasn't able to read the 'Dark Phoenix Saga' in comic book form. Favorite X-Men storyline of all time? Those issues penciled by Jim Lee, when the mutants were separated into Blue and Gold teams.


Out of the three movies, liked X2 the best.

hhmmm... sino ba... it was always wolverine pero dami nang may gusto... si cyclops siguro, kahit na walang kwenta yung powers nya yung leadership pwede na.


story? siguro yung legion story. that was really a good story tsaka yung pagsingit nila sa infinity gauntlet (wait...nandun ba x-men?).

Frag: Yes, I think the X-Men were in Infinity Gauntlet. Most of the Marvel Universe characters had a part in it.


My comic book memory is rusty. The only Legion story I can recall would be the person who killed Professor X, which created the Age of Apocalypse storyline. If I am mistaken, kindly correct me.


Question for anyone: what was your favourite scene from the movie X-Men 3?


Mine's the Danger Room sequence. Because it had the fastball special.

you're right with the age of apocalypse storyline... it was kinda disturbing when everybody is alive except for prof x...


didn't like any scene.

can't think of any favorite scenes in the movie. i can't believe psylocke was in X3! nagreklamo pa nga ako after watching it cos i wished she was there. di ko napansin. sya pala yung may purple highlights during the last part. ang actress naman (i forgot her name) is part american-french-japanese.

If I remember correctly, Deadpool was never an X-Man. He was more of a 'mutant mercenary'.


Don't know if Xavier had a secret team. Haven't been following the X-titles in the last several years. Last mini-series I read was Wolverine's Origin. Found out his birth name, and why he goes by Logan.


Read a news article about the actress who played Psylocke. She was on location for more than a week, but her screen time was less than thirty seconds. Maybe when I rent the DVD later this year, her deleted scenes will be included.

I've watched it. Medyo sad yung story kasi namatay si jean at cyclops. pero si charles xavier, correct me if I'm wrong, parang lumipat siya sa ibang katawan. kasi nung katapusan, after nung credits, yung scientist friend ni xavier na babae tinawag yung pangalan niya. I think it was Dr. Moore.


Fav ko si Gambit kahit wala siya sa movie. hehehe...


Fav part, di ako familiar, hehehe. basta x-men maganda...

Paborito ko, si Multiple Man at Wolverine.  Nakakatuwa pag dumadami siya...si Multiple Man.  Tapos, babalik lang sa katawan ng "host" yung mga multiples niya.  nandun siya sa X Men 3, pero sandali lang. 


Si wolverine, ayos, lalo na pag nag-"berzerker" siya...

Frag's correct, it's Moira MacTaggart. Hope I spelled it properly.


Bugoy: Watched the first two seasons of the TV series X-Men: Evolution. It was aimed more for a younger audience. Guess we can call it an 'Elseworlds' tale.


I see a few Gambit fans here. Does anyone know if he's changed his costume? Or is it still the embarrassing black, blue, and pink one with the trench coat?

na-link ba si Forge at Storm romantically? (or was this just my wishful thinking...)


sa bahay namin pinapanood ng mga kapatid ko ang X-men:Evolution so nakikinood ako minsan. teens sila dun eh, dealing with teen problems. di ko type. mas gusto ko yung X-men which used to be aired in abs-cbn and now in jack tv every wednesday night.

As of this writing, di ko pa rin napapanood ang XMen III. Ay naku.


Yung Xmen na pinapalabas ngayon sa JAck TV, sinundan ko yun. Naging fave ko si Gambit. Then nung tinuro siya na traitor in the later episodes, puro kantiyaw ang inabot ko from Wolverine fans.

may chineck akong site at sinabi mutant si forge... pero hindi sinasabi kung ano yung mutant powers nya. meron lang syang angking talino sa paggawa ng mga high tech gadgets. yun.

Storm and Forge were an item, but it didn't last long. I remember seeing a cover page of an X-title with just the two of them.


Didn't get to watch all the episodes of the nineties X-Men TV series. Anyone know how it ended?
