i dunno if this would qualify as an interesting sleeping story... maybe a horror-sleeping-story.
back when i was still in grade school, our house was undergoing major renovation. so my family slept at other houses. i would sleep with an aunt (and cousin) sa bahay ng isang brother nila, my tito (kasi ang may-ari nasa abroad that time).
one night, i was sleeping soundly when my cousin shook me, saying "wake up! wake up!"
she then turned on the light in the room, dragged me outside and actually inspected me from head to foot. (hila sa shirt, shorts... as if looking for something.)
i asked her why she woke me up. she answered, "kanina kasi habang tulog tayo, bigla akong nagising at napatingin sa yo. may itim na balahibo ka sa buong katawan mo at may buntot pa."
ok. that REALLY gave me the creeps. even when i recall it now. before we went back to sleep, she made me wear a rosary.

Kichi: If it didn't happen again, please don't let it bother you. Maybe your cousin is one of those people with 'special gifts' who can see those things.
On topic: used to hear similar 'hair-raising' stories from friends. All sleep-related. Guess there are plenty of unexplained incidents in this plane of existence.
nakakatuwa naman, by the way, nangyari sa akin recently. nagrereview ako together with my collegemates sa isang house. ng medyo nakatulog ako at yung isa sa mga mates ko. then suddenly nagsalita daw ako asking kung paano gamitin ang isang equation/formula and then the funny part, sinagot naman ako ng friend kong tulog din. yung mga mates ko pa na gising, natigilan daw sila. then they start laughing. kaso di daw kami naggising, nung umaga na nila ikinuwento. hanggang ngayon i can't believe na nangyari sakin yun.
"oh, the river is wide, the river it touches my life...like the waves on the sand...and all roads lead to tranquillity base...where the frown on my face disappears..."
akira: i tried regression. i dunno how authentic that was. maybe it was just my subconscious and imagination working. i met a "guardian" who was an elderly man. he had a name, too.

Mmmm... I dunno how that works. Most things that I do in my dream is travelling and premonitions. It rarely happens, but only thing is, its always annoying, it always warns me of troubles ahead, it could be trouble for me or for someone I know. Part of premonition that I hate the most is when death is involved. DAMN IT! Nobody listens to me!
In part of guardians, there's always this anonymous guy who keeps saving me everytime I'm in trouble inside my nightmares. At first, I just keep seeing him in the different stages of my life while growing up, we would go out on dates and stuff. But when I was starting to have horrible nightmares, or when there's bad spirits or monsters lurking around, trying to get me, he always comes to rescue me in time.
A friend of mine (she has that special gift) said that he's a part of my past and that he's my guardian.
She told me that my deceased granddad, is also a guardian of mine. I don't really know if this is really for real, but then I'm kinda glad to know that there's supernatural beings helping me out.

texting when you're already really sleepy, finding out when u snap out of sleep that the message u'r about to send is a mixture of conscious and unconscious thoughts.

hmmm... sakin hindi texting. yung time ginagawa ko manuscript ko nung college ako. partial deadline parasa discussion part ko the next day. medyo hinapit ko siya at talagang walang tulugan. pero unfortunately nakatulog ako for about three hours sa harap ng compu. after chineck ng adviser ko yung papers ko, may isang paragraph siyang di maintindihan. pinabasa niya sa akin. nagtaka na lang ako bakit di ko rin maintindihan ang gusto kong sabihin. as in wala siyang kinalaman sa paper ko. isang malaking red "X" natikman ko that time.
"oh, the river is wide, the river it touches my life...like the waves on the sand...and all roads lead to tranquillity base...where the frown on my face disappears..."

there IS a scientific explanation for sleepwalking, sleeptalking and other sleeping disorders. try ko din research on this but i think it has something to do with our nervous system and the process of reaching REM (rapid eye movement) or the stage where dreams usually occur. ano na nga ba yun... be right back...

according to this, sleepwalking can be caused by several factors: genetics, environmental and medical conditions. maaaring hereditary ang sleepwalking. environmental factor includes stress, sleep deprivation, chaotic sleep schedule, alcohol intoxication and drugs. medical conditions include abnormal heart rhythms, fever, nighttime asthma, convulsions and psychiatric disorders, among others.
Thanks for that...indeed the first step in knowledge that to admit that you don't have any knowledge.
"oh, the river is wide, the river it touches my life...like the waves on the sand...and all roads lead to tranquillity base...where the frown on my face disappears..."
Now I know the possible causes why I move around so much or talk while I'm asleep (Eventhough the sleepwalking has nothing to do with my sleep talking or acting???? )
This time, I know better than those who make such silly reasons and believe them.
AT THIS AGE?! GIVE ME A BREAK!!! I"M AN ADULT NOW FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!!

What are Autonomous Mobile Robots main advantages?
1. More Flexibility
Autonomous Mobile Robots are flexible and agile in their automation since they are dependent on their onboard cameras and sensors to perform. Autonomous Mobile Robots are able to design their own efficient pathways within a facility. Autonomous Mobile Robots avoid following established routes, and are therefore open to new routes. Autonomous Mobile Robots are able to be changed to do additional tasks, in contrast to other automation technology which require more effort and time. Check out this lowpad.com">Mobile Robot info for more.
2. Safety Improved
Autonomous Mobile Robots are equipped with a variety of cameras and sensors. They allow the Autonomous Mobile Robot to see and comprehend its environment. It is able to move through an area efficiently, without having to come across people, products, infrastructure, or people. Contrary to this, equipment operated by human operators like forklifts don't have as many built-in safety mechanisms and ultimately depend on input from humans. Autonomous Mobile Robots are safer than humans. A human operator could become disoriented or fatigued which can lead to an accident. Autonomous Mobile Robots are used for repeated tasks, which decreases the chance of human error, and significantly enhances safety.
3. Quick Implementation
Autonomous Mobile Robots typically can be set up in a matter of four to six weeks dependent on the specifics of the project. Important here is the picking software and warehouse execution software that the units need to be integrated into. Even at the higher end, this is a small time frame, especially when you consider other technologies. As an example one, a goods-to-person (G2P) system can be as long as an entire year to be fully implemented.
4. Scalability
Autonomous Mobile Robots are simple to operate in a facility. They are able to utilize modular deployment methods which allow you to start with one or two units and then expand the capacity of your operation as it expand or your requirements evolve. Start with a small amount and expand your fleet as you go. This will save you a significant amount of money upfront. Modular deployment lets you save capital for future initiatives, while you analyze and determine the next steps.
5. Moving between facilities is simple and easy.
Because they realize that automation is coming in the in the near future, some businesses may be reluctant to make the investment in automated options. This is understandable. A new system will not be needed for 2 years, so why would you need to implement it? Autonomous Mobile Robots are a great option in these scenarios to bridge the gap. Autonomous Mobile Robots are easy to set up and easily move between facilities. They can be used to facilitate automated, even in the short long. Autonomous Mobile Robots can be a huge help for companies looking to create the concept of a temporary holiday operations.
