In random order:


1) Pray pray pray. 


2) Have the willingness to forgive (forgiving someone or yourself is hard, but willingness to do it is a good springboard).


3) Don't listen to sad love songs ( it will increase your self pity).


4) Don't listen to loud/hate music (it will create anger and hatred subliminally).


5) Eat at the right time.


6) Cry it all out. Either by yourself or with a friend/s. Real men cry.


7) Be with someone younger than you are.  Makulit nga siguro sila, pero you'll learn something from them...their optimism things like that.


Those are some...been there...done that.

Give yourself time to "mourn" properly. Cry your heart out if you want to. Then move on.


It'll be easier if you've made the decision to let go... have you?
