Deathote is about a young man named Light who suddenly picked up the Note of Death, or simply DeathNote dropped by a bored God of Death. The notebook has the ability to kill the person who's name is jotted down in it, including cause and time of death. But the person who is in possession of the notebook must also recognize the face of the person to be killed, to avoid killing persons with similar names. Light is determined to change the world for the better, killing criminals who he thinks is bane to the society.

@Lorie: I suggest read the manga first. Maikli lang. 110+ chapters. Hindi pa yata tapos yung anime version. And may 2 live action films na. Maganda yung story so kahit anong format, anime or manga or movie, mag-e-enjoy ka.

May Live Action Movie ako nang Death Note. And yes, cute nga siya doon. I also have the anime version, unfortunately, ang bagal nang usad (wow.. deep) nang release nang copy dvd kaya hangang ngayon nasa disc 1 pa lang ako.


I'd lend the Live Action Movie to anyone who is interested and has plans to return it to me also.

Speaking of bleach, medyo na-addict na ako sa kakapanood nito --- thanks to megara who bought the dvd (up to episode 90 pa lang napanood namin).

According to the website that I frequently check, BLEACH is at ep 105 at the moment (meaning avail for DL) and Death Note.. Dunno, sabi nila tapos na daw eh.

Thank God, I managed to get back.

Anyway, I finally got a hold of Deathnote, the Live Action one pero hindi xa kumpleto, nakakabitin xa ng sobra. I really really really like L.

Anyway, has anybody tried to watch Ouran High School Club? It's a really funny anime and the artwork's great too. Sayang nga lang kasi hindi kumpleto ung eps sa dvd kaya I have to download some eps pa from the internet.
