suggestion: under your profile settings, change it so that you will receive a daily digest of new topics/posts. dun mo makikita if may nagreply sa mga posts mo. whenever you post on a topic, you can also check on "email me whenever there are new posts on this topic" located at the bottom.
also, when you are under a specific thread, let's say the forums, at the bottom most part, you have the option there to sort the topics by 'last modified' para madali mo makita yung mga new posts.
i know you're both busy, but maybe you can rearrange the order of the forum topics. marami kasing discussion threads sa page 1 na di na active/ or namatay na* (kasi tinginingining). May mga interesting threads sa succeeding pages na puwedeng ipalit in their place. suggestion lang po naman...

hi avanjilth! let me clarify. 1st option is for you to subscribe to a certain post. for example, if you subscribe to the topic Forum Upgrade, you will recieve notices for that topic only, hindi kasama yung sa Newbie Nook (halimbawa).
the second option if you choose daily (as to how often you will receive notices), you will receive one email daily, tapos naka-enumerate na dun kung alin ang mga new topics. If one email a day is too much, you can also set it to weekly, or monthly. notice lang naman ito, so the email isnt that big.
third option, if, like me and most of the beerkadets here () you visit the forums daily, it will be pretty easy to spot the new posts, as when you are on a specific thread, let's say Ideas, at the bottom, you have the option to sort the posts in the Ideas thread by last modified. aside from the stick topics, all the non-sticky topics will be listed according to when was the last time somebody posted on the topic.
naja: sorry, but we cant re-order the topics as it is sorted by date topic started (default) or other options na piliin mo, like sort by last modified date. so ito ang idea ko. gs2 nyo ba na gumawa ako ng second forum kung san nakalagay ang mga closed topics? example, under Events, gagawa ako ng second forum na Events (close topics). same goes for other sub-forums. mahirap naman kasi kung isang general Closed topics forum lang, maghahalo-halo yung mga topics.
