Kung Puyatan, eh, halos buong buwan ng December puyat ako. Well, the reasons are: 1) graduate school requirements, 2) holiday get togethers, 3) youth organization activites, 4) wedding invitations in which i'm helping the couple.

hayyy... ako din laging puyat. nahihhirapan akong ibalik ang tamang oras ng pagtulog ko. hin di na ito normal. I NEED SOME HELP!!! lahat na ata ng paraan ginawa ko. i tried to sleep 8 pm kaso nagigising ako ng 10 pm then hindi na ako makatulog. hanggang 4 am na yung madaling araw. huhuhu
Ang hirap matulog ng 9PM, lalo na pag nasa metro manila ka...kasi gising pa rin ang lugar...atsaka hirap na rin akong matulog ng maaga...nasanay kasi nung college eh.

Noong bata pa ko, pag pumatak ang alas otso eh tulog na ang buong pamilya namin. Kami na ata ang pinamaagang matulog sa village namin eh. Pero ngayon eh 12:30 na gising pa ung karamihan sa amin...ung iba nuod tv( ako yon), tapos ung iba nandun sa sari-sari store namin nagtitinda. Akalain mong alas dos na ata eh gising na gising pa yung mga tao dun....Haaaayyy....How I miss the good old days na mahaba ang oras ng tulog ko...nga pala, pag puyat ang isang tao may tendency na maging inattentive xa sa buong araw....kaya pag may pasok at puyat ako....nakakatulog ako sa jeep....
Puyat pa rin ako ngayon, at puyat pa rin tiyak ako bukas! HUhuhuhuhu

Maybe you could try sleeping after 10pm. And avoid drinking coffee or soda.
s2chard: make sure you are fully relaxed before going to bed.. drink warm milk (not coffee).. then read a book.. either one you truly like/enjoy to read, or one that's very boring or difficult to read. :)
