ako hindi pa (nakisabat daw o!)....


pero yug friend ko napaka-elaborate ng pagkakakuwento niya kung paano tinanggal appendix niya...mula sa pagsugod sa kanya sa ospital hanggang sa pagkagimbal niya nung pagkagising niya dahil akala niya patay na siya....kasi yung nasa kabilang kam matanda daw tapos nagulat siya!ahhh!!!tapos sabi sa kanya "O!Gising ka na pala!"

yey may ibabahagi na naman akong kwento.


my instructor sa biology nung high school ako said, appendix is a result of evolution of man and woman, hehehe. kasi di ba dati ang mga tao daw ay kumakain ng hilaw na karne. dun siya nagfufunction. until dumating ang time na niluluto ang karne. dahil dito nadegenerate ang appendix at ayun di na alam ang function nito. but hindi pa ito napapatunayan. fallacy or theory... di ko rin alam.


and also, kapag gutom na gutom kayo tapos kakain kayo, iwasan ang mga fruits na may maliliit na buto like tomatoes, guava, grapes, pears. kasi yung appendix kapag gutom ang tao, di siya nakadilate or makabuka siya. pwede siyang imbakan ng mga maliliit na buto and can cause appendisitis. or kapag busog kayo, just sit or stand, but don't walk or do not let your abdomen feel stressed, kasi it can also cause appendisitis.


hmmm... mag medicine na lang kaya ako...

Getting 8 hours of sleep, most definitely. And maybe boxing and arnis; not one time feats those are, more like disciplines.

So maybe mountain climbing.

mountain climbing? Mt. makiling is the best for newbie climbers, they call it peak two. then if you like more adventure, try mt. banahaw. ingat nga lang sa mga nuno and lamang lupa. then if you think you can handle the worst, try mt. apo.
