ang nabalitaan ko po ay 8 copyrights ang binili ng Warner Bros from JKRowling
at sa 8 na ito, naipalabas na ang tatlong movies, at ipapalabas na sa Nov ang pang-apat, at sisimulan na ang shooting ng pang-lima sa January (starring the 3 kids pa rin)

pero meron lang pong 7 books ayon sa mga plano ni JK
kaya ano kaya yun 8th?


*pasensya na kung medyo nahalata ang pagka-adik ko sa hp, member po kasi ako ng php... :)

di ba yun The Hobbit prequel yun ng LotR?


ang balita ko JK plans to release an encyclopedia-ish type of book, parang reader's guide to the Harry Potter universe. yun tipong timelines, definition of terms, basta yun ganun... making that the 8th book. Parang supplement sya, like that two others (yun Fantastic beasts and where to find them tsaka yun Quidditch through the ages)


pero paano yun gagawing movie? (sensya na, eng-eng mode ako ngayon...)

Nope, not a book review/ critique, but a rereading of HP 1-4!! Yey! Ready na ko for the movie!!


Eight movies?? Hmm... Maybe we'll have an idea when book 7 comes out. If Rowling ties up all the loose ends there, then ala-Hobbit siguro ang magiging 8th movie...?

Hindi ko rin natiis.

Yung HP books ko (mula 1-5) ay paperback. Dangan kasi'y (naks, yoko na, lalim ) mahirap dalhin kung saan - saan kapag hardbound.

Kaso, nag-sale ang HP & TH-BP. 800 pesos na lang siya (809 with vat sa National Bookstore). Tapos sabi nung taga - A Different Bookstore sa may GJ Cubao (what is it with Beerkadets and Gloria Jean's?!), next year pa lalabas ang paperback, tapos ang initial price ay mga 800 pesos din.

Kaya hindi ko na natiis. Ang hirap tuloy magbasa, mabigat. Pero yamo na nga, andyan na yan. I didn't like the way the Opening Chapter was written. Parang meron pang mas pwedeng gawin si J.K. Rowling para maging mas...interesting? yung chapter. Medyo slow siya, eh. Pero the rest of it's okay. Mukhang malungkot talaga.

Hardbound yun, oo, 809 lang. Well, hindi LANG, pero naging mura na nga. Meron sa National Bookstore, sa Fully Booked, sa A Different Bookstore. Mga 800 ang presyo sa mga stores na yun.

i think a lot were disappointed when they learned about the deaths and the pairings, and probably the high price of the book, kaya maraming natira sa mga stocks nila...


para makabawi man lang sila, ibenta ng mura

Ako nga rin, dapat titiisin ko and paperback talaga ang bibilhin ko kasi nga mahirap bitbitin ang hardbound tsaka para pareho dun sa iba ko. Halos di nga ako bumibili ng hardbound, eh. Kaso nga too good to pass up, kaya bumili na ako ng hardbound.

Kaso tinitingnan ko yung mga HP paperback ko kanina. Parang bibili din ako ng paperback pag nagkaroon na. Para nga consistent.

So doble gastos, hehe. Benta ko na lang siguro yung hardbound para kahit papaano may bawi.
