usually means 'best friends forever' but used in beerkada context, it might mean ' beerkada friends forever' or iba pa. it's open to interpretation.

First heard of BFF sa "As Told by Ginger", an animated series sa Nick. And yes, in the show, it stands for Best Friends Forever. ^_^

Its either:

backup file format, an AIX binary distribution package

but still, Best Friends Forever is the most used meaning in the abbvreviation.
