it's the best graphic novel of all time. written by alan moore, its the only graphic novel included in time magazine's 50 best novels. it's about the decline of superheroes during the height of the cold war.

Heroes season 1 got some ideas off it.

Er, miss lei, like Mr. L. said, it's the greatest graphic novel of all time. The title of the thread is the catchphrase used by the anti-superhero people in the book. :)

Really? I thought Heroes was an idea inspired by Rising Stars by JMS. :D

Alan Moore never involves and never will be part in the movies.All he said movies was utter cr__.... to translate his work and i respected his opinion.All i heard from him today is he dabbles into magic and made some few one-shots from British comic publishers.I've seen production photos for the Watchmen movie which i doubt if the movie be shown next year.

Comic Odyssey has one,i think you should check it out.The price runs about P1,200 to P1,500.If you want full details of the story,i bet wikipedia has it.

I just realized that the Watchmen storyline is a good background read for Marvel's Civil War maxiseries and DC's latest crisis storyline.

Watchmen has become a milestone in the comics industry. Sadly, that's why Alan Moore, being a recluse and everything, feel that no movie could justify his novels.

About boycotting the Wolverine, why would they do that? What does Wolverine have to do with Watchmen? Please enlighten me. :)
