What do you usually do when you're stark RAGING MAD?

ever since i started teaching i would resort to sudden silence whenever I feel so angry. It is so much better than shouting at my students.

i learned that whenever you're mad at someone, just count to ten so you wont explode...i've tried that, but i still shouted at that person..hehehe!but i try to keep my cool as possible..i'll just walk away, and not talk to anyone until im ok...
