Fazenda da Esperanca is a rehabilitation center located in Masbate. A far cry from normal rehab treatments, the patients in Fazenda are taken care of using three guiding principles: Spiritual Life, Work Ethic, and Community Life. Basically, the patients are subjected to hard work, camaraderie, and prayer.

Fazenda da Esperanca is part of a bigger network rehab centers all across the world. The first Fazenda was put up in Brazil back in 1983, and since then 42 centers have been put up all over.

There are no fees to be collected. The patient works for his keep. All that is asked for is that the patient enters Fazenda in his free will, with a willingness to change.
