Hehehe. I know one friend who literally answers phone calls and cellphone calls with the line "Thank you for calling." I was so shocked when I first called that I was waiting for the last part of the spiel.

You mute the phone just to curse the customer whenever you're already irritated at them... and you ask the customer if you can put them on hold for a few minutes if you want to take a wiwi break...

you always speak politely whenever you're answering the phone or speaking to the customer but when you're on mute or at the endof every call, you say all the cursed words in different language... and if only words can kill... most customers might be dead right now...
