i hope gma gives the fantaserye genre a break. but then again, if they go back to soaps, matatalo lang sila ng abs.

I feel the same. If GMA-7 stops showing fantaseryes, the drama series alone of ABS could beat them.

Anyways, di ko trip ung pagkagawa nila sa Super Twins...masyado maraming villain agad ung ipinakikilala...at least sa Sailormoon isa isa lang muna...hehehehehehe....

Ung Lupin, medyo malapit na, me mga commercial na eh. I still don't like its premise though: un daw ung buhay ni Lupin before sya naging si Lupin (sa anime, I presume). And I was thinking Rhian Ramos as Richard Gutierrez's leading lady, hindi pala, ung isa sa mga nanalo ng Binibining Pilipinas. Pansin ko lang sa 7 lagi nilang kinukuhang artista mga modelo, mga nanalo ng kung anung patimpalak, kahit hindi maruonong umarte...what is up with that? Katulad nung Sugo, di ko trip ung pag arte ni Isabel Oli, most of the time I was wishing her character should just die para di ko na nakita ung nakakatakot na Dante ng Devil May Cry ripoff sa ending nito...T_______T

There's only one Arsene Lupin. At hindi siya Pinoy for sure. XD

All of a sudden I miss Apo Abukay. Siya lang ang cool sa Sugo.

I wouldn't watch Lupin. I could never bear to see the desecration that they might do to the original Lupin character.

i don't like the endings ng mga fantaseryes ng gma. totally hated how enca 2 ended.

true. kaso lang ang pangit nung pilit na happy ending. like sa atlantika. bakit hindi na lang mamatay si isabel as a sacrifice? and sa enca, what's with the floating flying sanggres? sigh...

Even the original Lupin was never a love story in the first place. Tapos imi-mispronounce nila sigurado ang pangalan niya. (cries)

I've seen some previews of Lupin and for me, it's not that bad at all.

One thing I admire is GMA acknowledging that Lupin here is a (somewhat) Filipino version of the Lupin abroad (Lupin with a Filipino twist, Filipino setting, Filipino characters, etc). Why? It beats saying that what they have is an 'original concept' of theirs when it's obviously a ripoff *cough* *super twins* *cough* *asian treasures* *cough*. I have no problem with that.

It's similar to Meteor Garden being the Taiwan version of Japan's Hana Yori Dango.

Now as far as how they're going to develop the story.. I'll have to wait and see.

They already mispronounced it since Lupin III.

Hmm... Janno Gibbs is playing Inspector Clavio, Lupin's rival. (fiddles with thumbs.)

There's a lot of hype over "Bleach". Formally announced na ang dubbers nila. (moves to HERO and hunts for BECK)
