Personal opinion:

Nakakaguilty talaga ang situation 1 and 2 (kung may conscience ka). Normal yun kung concern ka sa both sides. However, looking at it, you're not wrong. if any girls (girlfriends or wives) could face that fact, then they can have a great and honest relationship..
