POKER IS A GAME - election is not.
POKER IS NOT A NATIONAL OFFICIAL
ACTIVITY - election is

Pare, lets get serious.

Treason refers to an act violating ones obligation -
like Gloria Pandak, as President swore/promised
and willingly/without coercion accepted the
obligation .................

Pare, cheating in an election is an act of treason.
It is a very serious offense requiring a death
penalty.

Pare, kung ang madaraya sa poker ginugulpi, di
dapat mas grabe sa cheating in an election.

Ang sa akin, cuz the Phils is a Republic, Pilipinos
are entitled to choose their leader. Kaya forbidding
a rally can be another act of treason if it is true
that pandak is forbidding rallies.

As a republic, the people of the Phils are entitled
to organize rallies without interference from the
govt. Rallies such as people power should always
be respected - better yet - encouraged specially
under this situation where the head of state and
commander in chief organized the cheating of
elections.

Ngayon ang sinasabi ni Martin Celemin na wala sa
constitution ang election fraud as treason. Kasi
naman hindi yun ang problema. Ang problem - si
Pandak, under oath, swore, promised as President
of the Phils to execute the laws of the land. Yun
pala, hindi. Result = treason.
Ang proof - the tape. Doon sa tape - nalaman natin
kung papano nila ginagawa - by telephone she
monitors or operates the cheating of elections.

As Commander in Chief, violating her duties is an
act of treason. Sana kung hindi niya alam na she
is violating her duties - still kahit hindi niya alam -
the act was still an act of treason.

TREASON is always punishable by death. The
only way this could be carried out is if the military
can gather enough courage to assert its superiority
over this little girl.

Sa totoo lang, if the military does not agree to
subordinate itself under civilian rule, then the
military should be the governing power. As when
Gen George Washington, after beating the most
powerful army of the world during the american
revolution, willingly subordinated his army under
the rule of Congress or the people or the civilians.

Ngayon kung hindi, di parang Julius Ceasar, when
he refused to subordinate his army under the
Senate. I'm not sure if Napoleon the Great is
another example.
