Can anyone recommend anything? I'm looking into PLDT myDSL and SkyDSL (as in SkyCable). Can anyone tell me which one's better? Tsaka meron pa bang iba na maganda ang technical support?

siempre mas maganda makakuha ng feedback kung sino talaga may account sa DSL providers? kung oks talaga yung speed, kung maganda yung service, kung madaling makatawag sa customer service/technical support nila, etc...
actually from wat i hear...pldt is ur best bet...kaso here's the problem the modem that they ship nokia ata ung brand madaling uminit...kaso lahat nman ng company may daya sa speed eh...dsl works in speed packages like package a is like 128 kbps-356kbps...so ur gonna expect a decent 300kbps pero ang bibigay nila sayo at a regular basis is like 130-150kbps lang...d ka nman pwede magreklamo kc within the speed range ka....galing noh

A friend of mine who has PLDT dsl says the tech support daw is virtually non-existent, hehe. Mabuti na lang daw hindi naman masyado ang need for tech support so okay lang.
I know, though, that it took me ages to even get the dsl set - up. Tawag ako ng tawag doon. Ang hirap na nga tumawag, ang tagal pa bago may makausap kang human.
Another thing: di ba may free printer? It's not really free-free. To get the printer (LEXMARK na naman, pangatlo ko na yata), you must BUY INK from them. The Black ink is 990 yata, the Color ink is 1200. Kaya pala yung iba hindi na kinukuha yung printer.
Sinasabi ko lang para alam niyo. Kasi ang importante naman eh mabilis at nagagamit yung dsl. Okay naman ako dun sa part na yun.
