Have you ever felt that the world is crushing on you? Or everybody has turned against you and your judgment? Or all your ideas are same as molds?
Have you ever felt so dearly depressed that you can't barely sit up straight? Or you wallow with no particular reason? Or you feel easily agitated since you're emotional imbalance?
If that's the case, what do you do - to keep yourself sane and be humane or nice to those with no clue?

For starters, I am having one of those moments i mentioned above.. for UNKNOWN reason.. It's just one of those days.
Anyways, here are the things i usually do (note that some of this, i have/had done for today) to keep me sane. With out these activities, i would be angst-driven, stubborn, irreversible, "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" and a very tactless creature.
1. slouch featuring a "plain" face. 2. eat nonsense foods. 3. scribble 4. post thread like this one. 5. search about stages of decomposition. 6. drink Pepsi. A lot of it. 7. (this usually works) play with water fountain with your finger tips. Watching them flowing to your fingers seem relaxing. 8. listen to music.
