Formal if needed. I am more laid back in the office though because they are lenient.
Unfortunately, for me, I will soon wear a uniform to the office.

Nobody seems to follow formality these days. Take for instance in weddings or social gatherings. In the invitation it says "Formal", but only a handful really goes in formal wear. When you say "Semi formal" some people come in wearing casual clothes. I admit, i am quite guilty with this at times because of the lack of clothes in my closet.

i prefer that dress for ladies during work. makes you look a bit more professional.

Formal kapag gusto kong magpanggap na isa akong karespe-respetong tao. Kung dumating man ang araw na hindi na natin kailangang magkunwari sa isa't isa, casual na.

Pero casual ako palagi dahil mas kumportable ako dito at ayokong masyadong mapansin ng mga tao; maigi ito upang makalusot sa mga mapagmata.
