I'm really impressed.. two asians in the top 5... I prefer Ms Korea's beaty to ms japan though.. Ms Japan looks too thin in her swimwear.. with ribs sticking out! she 's a dancer by the way and only 20 years old.
i'm sad that ms philippines didn't make it to the top 15.. i was pretty impressed pa naman because i heard that she's a suma cumlaude grad from UP and she's taking up law? she looks really pretty too.. and she's tall.. sayang.. she won Ms Photogenic though, which was determined by the number of people who voted online on NBC.. I guess there really are a lot of Filipinos online..
here's a bit of trivia: ms norway and ms germany are half-filipinas! ms norway's mom is a filipina and she understands and speaks Tagalog/Filipino.. Ms Germany's dad is a Filipino, but she doesn't know the language.. :( The host of the night, Miss Tean USA (was it 1999?) is also half-Filipina.. :D
i got to see Ms Japan and she is really pretty. uu nga parang may lahi siya. somewhat european kasi yung eyes niya iba ang pagkasingkit. also she looks like Urd sa Oh My Goddess hehehe itim nga lang buhok. everytime i see japanese i'm seeing anime characters. pathetic ko no?
hmmm... but come to think of it, mas maganda pa ata performance ni Miss Japan last year, Kurara Chibana and she really represents Japan through her beauty. Native Haponesa talaga siya. But any wayz tapos na siya sooo... savor the title Miss Photogenic... uleee, ehehehe...

yup bitter siya. and don't you think Zuleyka (Miss U 2006) is not happy crowning Riyo Mori as the new Miss U. watch the crowning and see Zuleyka facial reaction. Parang inis pa ata siya, i dunno. kasi yung mga previous, kapag ina announce na yung mga winner para ding nanalo yung mga outgoing, tuwang tuwa din sila. pero si Zuleyka, hmmm...
