I have DS. But no DS Lite. biggrin Buy a supercard that's my advice. Mine is a r4 which cost 2500 only with 5 free downloaded games of your choice and 1 gig of mini-sd card. Compared to the cost of the game disc that's a lot of savings.

kelangan ko po ng suggestion. well kasi i have to make a choice. it's either PSP or Nintendo DS. Nakagamit na ako ng PSP through my brother and i can say, well obviously, handy siya. kaso limited yung games na nakikita ko. and of course mahal siya. so di na muna ako nagdecide bumili. then as I read this thread parang ang saya saya discussing the DS and made me wonder na baka mas ok siya kesa sa PSP. di ko kasi na-try yung ds...

should i get a psp or a ds? i'm considering some criteria.

1. alin ang mas matibay. kapag ba accident at nabagsak siya sira na ba? madali ba siyang hanapan ng spare parts. mdadali ba siyang i-maintain?
2. wide variety ng games or downloaded games.
3. yung controls... okay ba yung controls. kasi sa psp medyo nanibago ako masyadong awkward para sa akin yung parang joystick niya.
4. alin ba mas mura sa kanila.

1 - May nag rerepair sa EYO (virramall), wag mo ibagsak. may wrist trap naman at mga polycarbonate case or silicon case or guard mask na available for protection.

2 - buy an R4 and you will never have to buy any cartridge. :D bootlegs rules. I can share you my sources.

3 - game boy sya with additional X and Y and L and R buttons..imagine SNES

4- PSP, ask Ate Jinky.. DS Phat, ask Kai... my DS Lite is worth 7.1k + 2,450 for R4 and microSD.

5 - Welcome.   Kung bibili ka na. txt mo kami ni Ate Jinky, Kai at Kevin. samahan ka namin :P  Maraming contact yan si Ate Jinky :D

I would suggest getting a DS instead of PSP. Hehehe, my bf has a PSP, I have a DS pero mas madalas nyang hiramin yung DS ko for the Castlevania : Dawn of Sorrow, Naruto, and Bleach games that we've downloaded for free.

bakit po wala bang download games ang psp? well, kasi sa kuya ko wala kasi siyang download games pati ayaw niya...

applicavle pa rin bo ya yung mga old game boy tapes sa ds? errr... well its nintendo kaya naisip ko lang po na baka pede pa.

sa PSP kasi you need to downgrade your firmware para makapag bootleg games ka. (downloaded)

sa DS naman.. R4 lang ang katapat (imagine a cartridge na 99 in 1 parang ganun pero mapapalitan mo yung games mo depende sa gusto mo)

DS can only play DS and GBA tapes.

Mag DS ka na para makapag wi-fi battle na tayu

Sa PSP, you need to downgrade it to 1.5 version, then when you play dl games kailangan may original pa din na bala. Which defeats the purpose di ba?


Sa DS, pwede ang GBA disc whether for SP or GBA talaga. di nga lang dual screen ang labas, mamimili ka kung top screen or bottom screen.

I agree with Oli, mag ds ka na lang tapos mag wi-fi games tayo..

psp requires orginal... watta 2000+ ang isang original game di ba? OMG and i thought tipid magdownload ng games.

i have decided!!! DS na. sayang din aksi yung old gba tapes ko. kasi ang hirap naman gamitin ang gba. ang liit liit na ng screen. ala na akong makita...

anywayz try ko pa mag ipon ng konti para isang bagsakan na. weee... DS na ito.

isa pa pong tanong ano pong difference ng ds lite sa original na ds... well aside fromn being lite in weight, ano pa?

Ds Lite is smaller, has a screen brightness adjustment and has longer battery life. :)

Mine is an NDS not a DS lite, it only cost me 6500. Plus 2500 for the R4 and the memcard with free 5 downloaded games. biggrin.gif
