for the coffee we have options.. pwede yung Nescafe sa vendo machine or yung brewed coffee with 3 different flavors.... hehehehe... no comment about the food sa cafeteria... maswerte ka lang pag bagong luto.... hehehehe....

Dude, if those babes aren't working there to support the babies they have on the way, then the bulges they have are due to another call center work hazard and I'm not talking about those nookies in the storage room.

In order to stay awake on the night shift, agents have to consume amounts of food larger than what they eat at day.

Of course, this becomes extra flab due to a lack of exercise due brought on by working conditions and nocturnal working hours.

Bawal mahuling tulog sa workstations namin. Tapos may surveillance cam pa ang HR sa mga work areas namin para ma-monitor kung sino ang pasaway.

Pwedeng magpaalam para matulog sa quiet room. Iyon nga lang, ginagamit din iyon bilang kainan at meeting venue.

i think speaking with an accent is ok... that's true.. still a part of global competence... plus kung lumipat ka sa ibang center ... advantantage mo pa rin yun... dati wala din akong flab.. but talking about short naps... pagkain ng marami due to stress.. kulang sa exercise etc.. i think i'm a victim of that... hay buhay.. but i still like working sa call center...
