So, what could and would you do with that amount?

At this point in time, I would open my own production house, invest in a restaurant with my brother and friends, invest in two more business ventures, put away some cash in time deposits, then live off the remainder. In short, I would do everything I can to make sure my P100 million grows.

Which female character from Fullmetal Alchemist is the hottest: Winry, Hawkeye, or Lust?

Favorite number: 10 (hehehe!)

Err... I didn't know about the Asia connection...

Asia made her TV debut in a reality-based show called Single, which used to run in ABC5. Single just happened to be my first ever directorial project. Now ask L about his Asia connection! Hehehe, Mad Chompy time!

Are you still doing MTV Homecoming?

Who is the artist you liked the most that has been featured in Homecoming? and hated?

I read anything once. I do like the Dragonlance series though, as well as books by Nick Hornby, Neil Gaiman, & Paulo Coelho, among others.

No. I've resigned from Ideal Minds last January 3 pa. I've been a freelancer (glorified bum) since that time.

I didn't hate any of the artists I was able to feature. As for loved, that would have to be Ebe Dancel of Sugarfree and Sarah Geronimo.

For the record, these are the artists I covered: Rachelle Ann Go, Nyoy Volante, Ebe Dancel (Sugarfree), Aia de Leon (Imago), Kyla, Champ Lui-Pio (Hale), Ney and Rye (6cyclemind), Sarah Geronimo, Marco and Clem (Orange and Lemons), and Ely Buendia

Have you ever done something just once in the past that you regret? One thing that you promised yourself you will never ever do again?

How about something you'd do again, no matter what the consequence is?

What animal, aside from a bovine, would you like to be Psychocow's archnemesis or love interest in the Beerkada strips? Why?

I don't regret anything I've done. And believe me, I've been through the block. Whenever I **** up, I just pick up the pieces, learn from my mistakes, and move on.

Subic Bay, May 2005.

I'd love to see an entire menagerie of farm animals. Farm animals are funny. But seriously, no love interests please.

God, can we talk about something else?

To answer your question, I don't really have a "directorial" role model. I just study all the tv shows, commercials, mtvs, and films that I love, and try to figure out what makes them work. Yes, I can't watch anything nowadays without studying it. That's why I'm not a good companion to watch movies with. Ask L.

What was the longest commercial flight that you were on? What was your destination?

At which theatre do you usually watch movies?

Not sure if someone's already asked this, how did you come up with the alias PsychoCow?

Thank you.

What future award would you want to win to make your mama proud, and for what? It may be fictional, kung wala kang mapili sa existing awards.

Kung gawin kang ambassador of goodwill ng UN, and they'll ask you to speak in front of the entire council, how will you begin your speech? Exclude na ang customary greetings and thank yous please.

Are there any comic strip characters, foreign or local, that you want to crossover to Beerkada and makasama ni PsychoCow sa isang strip? Any particular storyline?

Nasaan ba talaga nakakabit yung ring ni Cow? Kasi, minsan nasa upper right, may panels naman naka-drawing sa lower right.

Okay, based on the places I've already been to... Sagada, Vigan, Panglao Island (Bohol), Puerto Galera, and Apo Island. They were all gorgeous. I would love to see Palawan, Zamboanga, Davao, Bacolod, and Bora.

...top 5 places in the world?

Again, based on places I've already been to... HK for the efficiency, Thailand for the food and shopping, Macau for the vibe, and Beijing for the history. I wold love to go to Japan, the Mediterrenean, Italy, the Vatican, and the UK.

...top 5 place in the phils and in the world that you hate/don't like. why?

Again, based on what I've seen... Pasay, Caloocan, certain areas of Las Pinas and Cavite; abroad, Shenzen.

...what's your daily routine (more or less, if you don't have one) from the time you wake up, till you sleep..

On a rest day: Wake up, surf, watch tv, eat, sleep.
On a work day: Wake up, work, eat, sleep.

...height? weight? (kung makakalusot lang. )

I'm 5'9", 200 lbs (and dropping; I was at 230 when I returned to Manila)

what would you never be caught doing in public?

I dunno... I'm usually game kasi eh... Walk around naked, most probably.

what stuff do you do when people aren't around, but you don't do when people are there? fetishes? guilty pleasure?

Listen to "baduy" music, walk barefoot, sing, do quantum physics.

That would be that US trip I took a decade ago. I went to visit my sister in Cincinnati.

At which theatre do you usually watch movies?.

Alabang Town Center, coz it's so near. I also like watching in Power Plant and Greenbelt 3.

Not sure if someone's already asked this, how did you come up with the alias PsychoCow?

Well, it hasn't been asked here. Me and my friends had a running joke about how funny farm animals are. Ang babaw, I know. Anyway, I kinda held on to laughing about cows. Yung "psycho" naman, I think, is self-explanatory.

To hell with my mom! I want to win every single media award there is in the Philippines. We're talking about the Urian, the Star Awards (for TV), the Famas, and I wouldn't mind winning a few gold awards from the Ad Congress, too. Give me five years.

Kung gawin kang ambassador of goodwill ng UN, and they'll ask you to speak in

Leaders of the free world, dignitaries, and ambassadors, good
morning. I am a Filipino, and I believe I am not alone in this when I say that
all of you have no ****ing clue about how ****ing good we really are. Let me
tell you.

Are there any comic strip characters, foreign or local, that you want to
crossover to Beerkada and makasama ni PsychoCow sa isang strip?

That's easy: Dilbert.

Nasaan ba talaga nakakabit yung ring ni Cow?

I like shifting it around.

Well, I like the Sandman series. I haven't been able to read any of his prose work, though. And no, I wasn't able to get anything autographed.

how many books do you have in your personal library? or have you lost count already?

I have around a hundred books. I have some fantasy books (Dragonlance, Death Gate Cycle), a lot of books on Chinese culture and Chinese short stories (from my sister; good reading, actually), some books by Paolo Cohleo and Nick Hornby, amon others...

why did you take up FAVC? why directing? why not editing?

Filmmaking is the only way I can tell stories in a visual manner. I chose to be a director because I feel that my strengths lie in interpreting and assembling a story. I can do most of the things in the production cycle, though.

ano ang orgs mo sa university?

I'm from UP Diliman. My orgs are: The UP Repertory Company, UP Cineastes, Alay Sining, and Tinig ng Plaridel

what do you think of the flooding of asianovelas in our local tv shows?

I don't mind it. Exposure to other forms and techniques (the pacing of Mexican Telenovelas, the way magpakilig ang mga Koreanovelas, etc) can only be good for the local industry. My only concern though is how these works are slowly depriving our local practitioners of jobs. I know it's mostly about business, , but we should take care of our own, too.

what's so attractive about cows?

We're cute, and we make our own milk.

what's the wackiest thing you've ever done?

Too many to mention. Sampler: I've attended class wearing a bahag, I did a impromptu declamation at CASAA, I sang in a UP Fair, I stole kawayan from the Lagoon, I've slept in the Sunken Garden (around five times, usually beer-induced), I proposed to my first girlfriend in the middle of SM Megamall (kneeling and all), etc, etc...
