What with the outpouring of sponsorship money, lumalabas na naman ang mga tinginingining corrupt creatures.

Members of the national teams, who've been training for years, have resigned kasi pinapasok ng mga corrupt na ito ang kani-kanilang pets. They do this so they can get their already dirty hands on the perks/ benefits/ honorarium.

They keep saying walang pera ang Sports Commission kaya walang pambili ng equipment, etc.. which translates to poor performance ng athletes. Tis not true. May pera. Pero hindi sa mga athletes napupunta.

Go for gold takes on a different meaning.

GO Philippines!

yun.

updates!

mukhang may pag-asa pang makaroon ng basketball sa Sea Games. sana makahabol pa! GO!

aba! pagbintangan ba tayong mandaraya.

Nope, bago pa lang akong nagta-trabaho sa Channel 4 when the Sea Games was held here. We were 2nd or third. It's the highest we've placed, kasi nga home court. Usually, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia ang naglalaban-laban for the top spots sa medal standings.

Some of my co-workers have seen it first hand, hindi lang dito sa Pilipinas.

Yung isang Tae Kwon Do Jinn (shouldn't say who), nanalo ng Gold, kahit na she was new to the sport.

And so on. Some of the pandadaya is not to win in the medal standings, or to win the Gold. Yung iba para lang wag masyadong mapahiya.

This is not to bash the Philippines or anything. Nagse-state lang ako ng mga narinig ko from all my years of being a part of the Sea Games coverage. I really have no major opinion about it. I think na malaking bagay yung Home Court Advantage. Yun lang ang opinion ko about the whole Sea Games.

I don't know why I don't have an opinion or conclusion about it. Siguro kasi hindi ako gaanong interesado.

But it makes you think, `no?

yey!

OK back to normal mode ulit ang mga pinoy..
