there's a cold rage deep inside me...and it's scares me big time. it's a feeling that you have to 'vindicate' yourself...or like inflict a punishment on someone who did wrong. the anger is long gone....but the feeling of the need to deliver the punishing blow persist.... not because of anger ( it has long been diffused) but just a matter of principle.

I hated Mike Enriquez reporting on 24 Oras(mabilis na parang kinakain ang mga sinasabi niya),Mel Tiangco's wardrobe,Lhar Santiago's predictable,monotonous voice that makes me puke and the news anchorwoman on Net25,monotonous rin.GMA's gimmicks like: Richard at Maxene,magkabutihan na,mauuwi kaya sa pag-iibigan;Richard at Heart:inspirasyon sa isa't isa,mauuwi kaya sa pag-iibigan?;Richard at KC......ewwww,i hated that guy.KC can be succesful without a leading man.Richard is a college dropout for goodnesssakes and overhype at hindi taga-I.S. at ang alam niya ay carabao-English.Looks meron pero talent,blechk.One thing i like GMA is their journalistic views and Arn-arn.Whew,i'm relieved with my stress.Thanks.
